During the Design Phase, RPS Barry Transportation will develop the Design for each section of the project and undertake an Environmental Impact Assessment of the design. The aim of this phase is to develop the project design based on both technical and environmental inputs, to a sufficiently detailed level to identify the land take requirements and to identify and mitigate project impacts.
